At Asher Oak, we aim to deliver excellence not only through our products, but also how they arrive at your door. That's why all United States orders are shipped free of charge.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines:
USA:
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM CST ship faster. Orders after are processed next business day.
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Shipping Time: 6-9 business days to the United States (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7-12 business days
Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days.
Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons. In these instances, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure a successful delivery.
Shipping Time: After processing, we aim to ship all orders free of charge within 6-9 business days for the United States.
There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Holiday seasons
- Errors by the shipping company
Despite our limited control over these variables, we will make every effort to keep you informed using all available information at our disposal.
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.
Shipping Carriers:
We ship through the trusted carriers below for deliveries within the United States: FedEx, USPS, and UPS. All orders from Asher Oak come with free shipping.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If you experience delays or damage, our customer support team will assist you immediately. Contact us at sales@asheroak.com and we’ll take care of it.
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll gladly replace it and ensure your order reaches you provided the correct address was used at checkout. If you don’t request a replacement, we’ll need to wait 30 days before issuing a refund if the package still hasn’t arrived. Our support team will track your order and provide updates during this time.
If your package is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please ensure the following:
- Verify the shipping address is accurate.
- Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
- Ask your neighbors or family members if they accepted the package.
- Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
Tracking & Communication:
We’ll send you a tracking number once your order is on its way. You can also visit our order tracking page to follow the shipment. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Taxes and Duties:
Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.
Important: Asher Oak cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will be glad to assist you. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. If processing or shipping has already taken place, we are regrettably unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.
