Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund & return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address as well as the return instructions for you to follow. Please note that the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia, and items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How To Initiate A Return:
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@asheroak.com. Please follow the steps below:
- Email sales@asheroak.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will send the return address and instructions.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your refund within 10 days to your original payment method for United States customers.
Please note that customer is responsible for return shipping.
Method & Fees
The below details apply for any orders when the customer has a change of heart (purchased the wrong products, item does not fit, or if they no longer want the item).

Refund Processing Time: 10 days for the United States
If the product is defective, then there is no return cost to the customer. This applies for orders that are damaged by the carrier, if the product is incorrect to what the customer ordered, or defective in any way.
Order Changes/Cancellations:
If you would like to change your order or cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or make changes to your order if the product has already started being processed or after this time frame.
Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll gladly replace it and ensure your order reaches you provided the correct address was used at checkout. If you don’t request a replacement, we’ll need to wait 30 days before issuing a refund, if the package still hasn’t arrived. Our support team will track your order and provide updates during this time.
Initial Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
Yes we accept exchanges. If you have any issues with the sizing, color, or product please email us at sales@asheroak.com.
In addition, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds:
Once an item is returned to us, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not, and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@asheroak.com.
